| | | Dr. Dan McCoy, PhD Position: CEO, President, Director
The President and CEO is Dan McCoy, Ph.D. Mr. McCoy obtained his PhD at the University of Alaska and has worked extensively in the exploration sector for over 22 years. Mr. McCoy has a wealth of experience in Nevada, Alaska and Canada exploring for the most prominent types of gold deposits, including Carlin-type, intrusion-related, epithermal and Archaen greenstone systems. Most recently, Mr. McCoy was employed at Placer Dome where he co-coordinated acquisitions and field programs for Placer's Nevada generative exploration office. Mr. McCoy's experience is well suited to execute the company's plan of focusing primarily on highly leveraged gold projects in West Africa.

| | | Richard J. Haslinger, P.ENG Position: Director
Mr. Haslinger received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1986 and is a registered professional geological engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. During the last 15 years Richard has managed numerous multi-disciplinary exploration and deposit delineation projects at sites ranging from Alaska to South Africa. In his role with Keegan he provides exploration guidance and drill program management.

| | | Rob McLeod, P.Geo. Position: Director
Mr. McLeod is the VP of Exploration and a director of Full Metal Minerals Ltd. He has over 12 years of experience in mining and exploration, working for a variety of major and junior mining companies. Technical skills include advanced GIS and 3D geologic modeling, grade-block modeling and resource calculation, mine design and geostatistics, lithogeochemical and structural studies, as well as project generation and property evaluation. His exploration strategy is a multi-tier approach including: conceptual geologic and project generation, early-stage project advancement focusing on discovery, and advancing mid-stage projects towards feasibility. As an exploration geologist and project manager at Miramar's Hope Bay project, he was part of the team that discovered the Naartok deposit, as well as expanding and delineating the Boston and Doris deposits. He was previously VP of Exploration for Atna Resources Ltd, where he helped assemble a premier portfolio of gold properties in Nevada. Mr. McLeod obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Economic Geology from UBC in 1993 and graduated from Queen's University's, Master's in Geology, Mineral Exploration Program in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Alaska Miners Association and the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines.

| | | Mark Orsmond, CA Position: Director
Mark is a professional accountant, qualified in both Canada and South Africa. He obtained a B-Compt Degree from the University of South Africa in 1998. Mark has spent most of his working career in the corporate finance area, working for an international brokerage firm in South Africa and a boutique corporate finance firm, Mercantile Consulting, which he owns and operates in Canada. During his career he has assisted many public, private and government entities with M&A, financing and related activities. He recently (Nov 2006) assisted Minco Silver close a $16.5 million equity financing, lead by CIBC World Markets. Mark acted as the Chief Financial Officer of the Amex listed Minco Group for a period of six months prior to working on the Minco Silver financing. He was recently on the Sterling Mining team which closed a $25 million institutional financing lead by TD Securities.

| | | Gordon J. Fretwell, LLB Position: Director
Mr. Fretwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1979 with a Bachelor of law degree. Formerly a partner in a large Vancouver law firm, Mr. Fretwell has, since 1991, been a self-employed solicitor in Vancouver practicing primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law. He currently serves on the board or is an officer of several public companies engaged in mineral exploration including Bell Resources Corporation, Copper Ridge Exploration Inc., Continental Minerals Corporation, Rockwell Ventures Inc., Grandcru Resources Corp., Pine Valley Mining Corp., Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd., and Icon Industries Ltd.

| | | Tony Ricci, CA Position: CFO
Mr. Ricci is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly with public companies listed on Canadian and US stock exchanges. His expertise involves corporate finance, corporate structure and financial reporting.
Mr. Ricci is currently CFO of Keegan Resources Inc.(TSX: KGN) and EmerGeo Solutions Worldwide Inc.(TSX-V: EMG). He was formerly a director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc. and Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market approaching $700 million. Mr. Ricci also worked at Amec (formerly H.A. Simons Ltd.) and KPMG and acted as the founder of TSX listed Carmanah Technologies Corp.
Mr. Ricci provides extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate governance and accounting, and corporate structure advice.

| | | Eric Ewen Position: West Africa Exploration Specialist
Mr. Ewen, a graduate of the Hailibury School of Mines has over 40 years expereince in metals exploration in North America, Africa, and Arabia. Originally from Canada, Mr. Ewen has spent the last 13 years living and working in West Africa. Mr. ewen oversees surface exploration, logistics, social license, and local labour programs, and assits in overall project management and acquisitions in Keegan's Ghanaian programs.

| | | Ivan Bebek Position: Corporate Finance
Mr. Bebek has spent the last 10 years financing premier junior resource companies and has been instrumental in the raising of over 200 million dollars of risk capital for exploration companies. Mr. Bebek has experience in foreign negotiations and acquisitions in various countries such as Canada, the US, Mongolia and most recently Ghana, West Africa. Mr. Bebek has developed a very strong international financial network and his ability to structure and position strategic financial partners has helped lead the companies he has been associated with to great success. Mr. Bebek currently sits on Keegan's advisory board as the key corporate finance advisor and has been instrumental in arranging all of Keegan's financings to date.

| | | Shawn Wallace Position: Corporate Development
Mr. Wallace has spent the last 18 years with the prestigious Hunter Dickinson Group. Starting off in the technical services department performing a breadth of duties while moving to the corporate side has provided the depth of experience necessary to build and operate a first class mining operation. His expertise in corporate development, mining and environmental law, investor relations and deal structure have helped him to create and refine Keegan's finely-tuned corporate development, acquisition and marketing strategy.

| | | Graham Johnson, P. Eng. Position: General Manager - Health, Safety, Environment and Community
Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and is a registered professional engineer. He has 20 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry and has held roles in operations, corporate and consulting. His work experience spans 23 countries and has included acquisition reviews; project development and permitting; extensive environmental baseline studies; and community consultation and development. Recently, he was a Principal with Coffey Natural Systems in Perth, Australia where he led environmental and social impact assessment studies for numerous mine development projects in Australia and Africa. Prior to that position, Mr. Johnson was Environmental Manager for the Sadiola Hill and Yatela Gold mines for Anglogold Ashanti Ltd. in Mali, West Africa.
