| Tony Ricci, CA Position: CFO Mr. Ricci is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly with public companies listed on Canadian and US stock exchanges. His expertise involves corporate finance, corporate structure and financial reporting. Mr. Ricci is currently CFO of Keegan Resources Inc.(TSX: KGN) and EmerGeo Solutions Worldwide Inc.(TSX-V: EMG). He was formerly a director and CFO of Norsemont Mining Inc. and Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. and Petaquilla Copper Ltd., companies with a combined market approaching $700 million. Mr. Ricci also worked at Amec (formerly H.A. Simons Ltd.) and KPMG and acted as the finder of TSX listed Carmanah Technologies Corp. Mr. Ricci provides extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate governance and accounting, and corporate structure advice. |
