Ben Adoo, C.Eng
Position: Managing Director, Ghana

Mr. Adoo is a mining engineer who graduated from the Camborne School of Mines in 1971 and completed a masters in engineering at McGill University in 1987. Ben has almost four decades of underground gold and surface bauxite mining experience in Ghana. He was former Managing Director, Ghana Bauxite Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Alcan Inc., former General Manager of Prestea, Tarkwa and Dukwa Goldfields in Ghana and is a past President and Honorary Member of Council of the Ghana Chamber of Mines. Ben has acted as a representative of Ghana's mining community on many occasions, including a recent role with the World Bank study on "The Mining Sector and Business Sector Development in Burkina Faso".

 
Vincent Dzakpasu, BSc, ACSM
Position: Technical and Logistics Manager

Vincent Dzakpasu graduated from the Camborne School of Mines in 1978 and completed studies in Minerals Production Management at the University of London in 1987.He holds certificates in underground mine rescue and blasting and is a member of the Institution of Materials, Minerals and Mining, England. He has worked as a technical mining engineer at the Prestea Goldfields Ltd. in underground operations and as a planning engineer in the open cast mine for the Ghana National Manganese Corporation. He spent the next 18 years in minerals exploration and mining consulting for both local and foreign Companies and was the managing director of the private Ghanaian Company that acquired and vended the Asumura Concession to Keegan in 2005. He continued on with Keegan and is currently responsible for logistics and administration.

 
Felix Sibsa, BSc
Position: Acquisition Manager

Felix Sibsa graduated from University of Ghana, Legon in 1993 with honours in geology and chemistry. He has headed up exploration teams in Ghana for several public Canadian and private Ghanaian companies. Felix joined Keegan in 2007 and pulls double duty managing public relations and community development programs for the Esaase Gold project as well as directing field personnel and contractors.
