| | | Vincent Dzakpasu, BSc, ACSM Position: Director and Administrator
Vincent Dzakpasu graduated from Camborne School of Mines in 1978 and completed studies in mineral production management at University of London in 1987. He holds training certificates in underground mining, mine rescue, surveying, first aid and blasting and is a member of the Institution of Materials, Minerals and Mining, England. In the mining sector Vincent has worked as technical mining engineer for Prestea Goldfields Ltd. in underground operations and as planning engineer at the open cast mine for Ghana National Manganese Corporation. Vincent joined Keegan Resources (GH) Ltd. in 2006 and currently he is responsible for logistics and administration.

| | | Felix Sibsa, BSc Position: Senior Geologist and Project Public Relations
Felix Sibsa graduated from University of Ghana, Legon in 1993 with honours in geology and chemistry. He has headed up exploration teams in Ghana for several public Canadian and private Ghanaian companies. Felix joined Keegan in 2007 and pulls double duty managing public relations and community development programs for the Esaase Gold project as well as directing field personnel and contractors.

| | | Caesar Oppong, BSc Geol Eng Position: Geologist, Esaase Gold Project
Caesar joined Keegan after time with the exploration departments at Prestea Gold Ltd's Bogoso operations and Red Back Mining's Chirano projects. This experience combined with his Tarkwa School of Mines Geological Engineering (2005) education has served him well in becoming an important part of Keegan's busy and systematic resource definition drilling team. Caesar brings continuity and consistency to the many streams of geological data collection and logging at Esaase. He helps Keegan develop individuals from within the local community workforce for technical roles in the many stages of operations with on-going reverse circulation and core drilling operations.

| | | Kyei Baffour, Tech Position: Project Public Relations Manager, Senior Exploration Technician
Kyei brings over 25 years of valuable exploration experience from having guided local work crews through the spectrum of preliminary gold surface exploration programs through exploration and definition drilling and onto subsequent pit mining and grade control. As an elder with roots in several local Ashanti communities, he provides Keegan with appreciation and awareness of traditional culture and etiquette in interacting with local communities and their leaders. Kyei helps develop and maintain a spectrum of important relationships across the project areas where Keegan is active.

| | | Kabutey Evans Smith, Dplm Acct Position: Keegan Resources (GH) Ltd.General Accountant
Evans joined Keegan early this year, bringing with him six years of business and consulting accounting experience. With his experience conducting audits working with charted accountants and his national level diploma training from Cape Coast Polytechnic in 2003, he readily manages Keegan's Ghanaian account entries, payroll and tax filings.

| | | Isaac Kwabena Owusu, BSc Geol Position: Project Geologist, Asumura Gold Project
Since joining Keegan in 2007, Isaac has been working as project geologist on the extensive Asumura concession. He is playing an instrumental role in helping build a clear picture of the underlying geology and controls on gold mineralization there. His sharp rock skills along with developing site management abilities have made him a valuable and trustworthy member of Keegan's exploration team.
